Photo Friday (New Orleans Edition)

picture imperfect

Fire

Submitted for Photo Friday as inspired by the word 'Fire.' On the opening night of Saints and Sinners, at the courtyard of the W Hotel, there was a fountain with gas lit flames. It was a hot night, and the hot flame wasn't all that conducive to sitting nearby, but I did like the patterns of the flame. Certainly, it wasn't the only thing flaming, and neither was it the hottest.

When I saw that the theme was "Fire," I was all, D'oh! I could have used the courtyard at the W!

Sadly, I have no photos of it, so I'm glad you were able to use it. I still don't know what I'm going to do with that theme.

And yeah, there was a lot of hotness that night.

That night? Whole damn weekend. I dunno about bringing mrpolyonymous... surrounding him with hot creative gay men seems like an ego-busting self-esteem ride to hell. Or, you know, a hot threesome. Ha!

AWESOME.

I wish I could blame the flaming fountain for my wine spill...

Hey! That's a great title! The Flaming Fountain. DIBS! No one else can have it!

I just copyrighted it.

Oh, put your voodoo doll and black candles away. I'm kidding.

It's the block caps that make it so appealing.
